Click on the Charge icon on the desktop. Select the patient account by Chart Number or Last Name. Enter the payment amount, and click on Process Charge. 2. Simply swipe the credit card and process the transaction. 3. When the payment is complete, the receipt is previewed. 4. The payment information is saved in Medisoft in the Deposit window as a credit card payment.
