Consulting provides an extensive support and maintenance option for
medical offices and billing services. With the option of a 6 month
1 year telephone and remote support only, or our total package
witch includes on site as well as maintenance visits. Here is what
is included in our support / Maintenance package.
• Telephone Support on all medisoft and windows related
issues.
• Remote support where the technician does all the work
for you (real time saver)
• If the issue can not be resolved over the phone or you
prefer a technician at your office, we will dispatch a technician
for you.
• Program updates, service packs and hot fixes will be readily
available to you; we can send them via e mail or mail you a cd at
no charge. We can also send a software specialist to apply them for
you.
• Database repair is not covered by our support / Maintenance
package; HOWEVER, we will perform the repair at a discounted rate.
• Hardware support and repair is covered also.
• If you need custom reports, we will take care of it at
a discounted rate.
