Healthcare Portal / Auto Registration
Built by physicians and pharmacists, the Healthcare Portal allows patients access to a personal healthcare homepage to view and update most information related to their current health record. It also allows patients to pre-register for doctor visits via a secure Internet interface.

Patients view lab results, access current health records, view/update appointments and schedules, refill prescriptions, and receive and reply to notes from their doctors - from their own personal computer.

Patients get immediate assistance with health complaints by completing condition-specific questionnaires that suggest possible diagnoses and lead patients to links for case-specific self-education.

IVR "Interactive Voice Response" Services (Automatic Patient Reminders)

The Service is available in two methods:
1. Automated, computer generated calls

2. SuiteMed receptionist reminder
    Offices schedules are automatically transferred to SuiteMed server for a SuiteMed receptionist to make a personalized call.

Authorization / Referral Tracking
Billing for a patient encounter is dependant on obtaining proper Authorization and Referral information. IMS Authorization and Referral Tracking ensure that every patient encounter is pre-validated so no encounter goes unbilled.

Auto Check In

Check-In / Check-Out

With this module Physicians can send labs electronically to most labs with an HL-7 enabled interface. Currently, physicians can use this module to send lab requests to Quest Diagnostics.

Form Filler

Forms take time, always seem to require repeated data entry, and are an expensive paper use. The IMS Form Filler is designed to pre-populate all necessary patient information on frequently used forms so you and your patients never have to again.

1. Record patient demographic information once with standard forms. Normally on paper, these forms are maintained digitally in the system and each field is pre-populated with data from the patient master.

It is difficult for any provider to quickly determine which patients require completion of appropriate tests, immunizations, exams, screenings, and education. With a paper chart, it is nearly impossible.

The IMS module presents clinicians with Health Reminders at the time of a patient encounter, or as a task in the staff's reminder list as they call patients requiring visits. Customizable by each practice, Health Reminders can be set using a combination of factors including procedures performed, patient's diagnosis, previous encounters within a certain timeframe, patient's medications, lab tests, diagnostic tests, specific patient medications, patient gender, and patient age.

Drug Dispensary
