LIVE SUPPORT

  

Live support is one of the features that our customers receive once they enrolled into our Support Agreement, if you are a registered customer, please log in into your account in order to receive assistance.

Softrex Consulting also offers support in a per occurence mode for which you must pay using our Online Application and a representative will contact you as soon as your payment is submitted.

Service Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM EST

Per Occurence Live Support
Telephone and Remote Support $65 (Up to 30 minutes)
Onsite Support $92.50/Hr Minimun 1.5Hrs = $185.00
Emergency After Hours Support $155.00/Hr Minimun 1.5Hrs = $232.50

** If the solution to your problem requires more time, it will be billed according to the aditional time.
